I worked with eight CorpsAfrica Malawi Volunteers to coach them on effectively pitching their Volunteer projects to potential funders and the broader CorpsAfrica community for CorpsAfrica Malawi’s Pitch Day. The core objectives included delivering a group webinar focused on pitch best practices, providing 1:1 coaching sessions and developing tailored pitch prep materials.

I delivered a blend of group and individual coaching sessions, starting with a webinar to cover fundamental pitching techniques. This was followed by personalized, 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to address specific needs and refine presentations. I provided live feedback during run-throughs the day before the event and offered in-person support on the day of the event.

The Volunteers ultimately made significant improvements in their pitches, which contributed to the overall success of the fundraising event.
