I worked with over 200 Afghani refugee students to develop bespoke LinkedIn profile and job search strategy training sessions, equipping them with the tools to navigate global employment markets. The core objectives included designing a structured curriculum, delivering interactive workshops, and measuring impact through pre- and post-session assessments.

I began by establishing clear learning objectives and creating an outline tailored to the students’ unique needs. I developed engaging marketing materials to encourage participation and designed pre- and post-workshop surveys to track progress. The training sessions combined group instruction with practical exercises, ensuring participants could immediately apply key takeaways to their job search efforts.

As a result, students gained confidence in optimizing their LinkedIn profiles, building professional networks, and applying for opportunities that aligned with their skills and aspirations.
